May 2, 2012 - That i know of, none that cant be solved, some things like the bolts on the suspension mounts and other minor details, the point is the Toyota is simply built tougher, and the base design itself that cant be changed, the Supra is more aerdynamic thus the higher top speed and have an equally efficient engine base but with more displacement and thicker engine block, but overall the Toyota is built tougher, the R34 uses too much of the ordinary car it descends of, the Skyline.(except all new R35)

But the Supra is more aerodynamic in shape, and has the better-sized engine bay. And the Supra is a sexier view from interior and rear, but the R34 has the superior engine, is newer by a few months to four years, and has an AWD trim. And I believe it's slightly lighter. I won't say that one is better because they both are good in their own respects.

May 11, 2012 - dude i know this for a fact i drive i fucking supra and back when i 1st dropped in my 2jz (when the engine was stock) i "raped" some r32, r33 and r34 skylines all over the highway also a R34 nismo v-spec2 went down as well and also there was a RX8 that all you can here is the turbo i swear you couldn't hear the engine in that RX8 but he still got it and a cayenne turbo got it as well.. so i know what a stock supra can do

May 12, 2012 - i dont doubt that you know what a stock supra can do, but gt-r's make enough power to keep up with a stock supra. maybe it was the driver, or some other factor, but a stock supra just doesnt "rape" a skyline. sorry.

May 12, 2012 - on a high speed run the skyline (only up to the r34s)stand no chance but i will give you a AWD skyline is faster around the corners and on a tight track an AWD skyline will win but from what i've seen once you cross 700hp on a r34 the AWD will kill you or wreck the gearbox... the r35 is a different story the r35 is a well built car and is very impressive but when it comes to tuning over 1000hp the r34 and supra does better due to there inline6 engines..

May 13, 2012 - yea the 2jz is best when it comes to 1000+ hp builds. awd will get you the best launch though. i cant imagine trying to get a good launch with a 1000+ hp supra on street tires. r35 is too big and heavy imo.
