Toss it out of your pantry and boycott products that use it. Many companies are now either refusing to use it or have alternate products that do not use this crap.

I have been met with great resistance from many of you bc you insist it is the cause. What I've finally realized is that we're arguing the same point. YES HFCS is responsible for obesity, heart disease, type2 diabetes, but only from a social-economic standing. If we got rid of HFCS tomorrow we would replace it with sugar and have the same problems.
