The opinion wouldn't make sense, since this video has 1 Million views....I watched the original video long before this episode. Then when I hear Peter saying the line & Cleveland crying, I just knew it was from the "Best Cry Ever" quickly.If you mean they didn't do a good job replicating the video, that's true, it was decent. The Reference however, only for people who knows the video.
