Apr 22, 2012 - Not so spectacular, I can match that.Remember that bigger muscles means more oxygen to keep going, not necessarily increased fitness.Your treadmill speed works out to almost 20km/h max?At my gym they hit 24km/h max. and I've done that but only for 2 to 3 minutes (normally I only run 4.7km to 5.2km in 20 minutes). And no, I don't take any supplements of any kind.

May 19, 2012 - You don't literally burn muscle. High intensity just uses your glycogen stores from your muscles whereas low intensity uses your fat stores. Simple as that.

May 19, 2012 - Yeah, just means you will have to eat more carbs that you used. You don't want to be doing this every day. You'll be losing all kinds of muscle. Personally I think Scott uses steroids or prohormones but a lot of people would disagree but it's just what I think.

May 19, 2012 - Yeah man, also look at the routines he supposedly does. He does 24 sets (most of them drop sets) just for back and 15+ sets for biceps. That either means he does 40+ sets per workout or he does biceps on it's own which doesn't seem right because he would either have to workout everyday or only workout out each muscle group every 2 weeks or so. Maybe he has crazy genetics but I just don't think he's all natural. But hey, I could easily be wrong.
