Vega is the only character that can lose items (Don't include Cody because his knife starts off in the middle of the stage) Vega's Mask should not come off from getting hit, what are they thinking? He was a very elusive top tier in SFII, now he's in the low because of his damage and health (drops after losing items).

Apr 17, 2010 - There's only a damage boost when EX- Remove mask is used, which uses 2 EX bars and reduces your stamina until you pick the mask back up. As a Vega user, I can say that it's not a useful move whatsoever, NEVER sacrifice health for power.
