Title: Richard Dawkins - "What if you're wrong?" South Park

Added: Feb 28, 2010

Author: TubeLooB

Duration: 1:24

Description:
Well here's another Dawkins themed upload. Had the urge to try my hand at some animation and some new software, I think it turned out quite well. For some reason I decided to recreate the popular "What if you're wrong?" clip on youtube featuring Richard Dawkins lecture in Lynchburg.Watch the full lecture here http://fora.tv/2006/10/23/Richard_DawkinsI did have some ideas for some different endings but I thought I would just keep it faithful to the original. Feel free to send me your ideas on amusing variations...Oh and this should be viewable in full HD!

May 26, 2012 - If you would like education rather than indoctrination, become versed in both sides of the argument. Take a look at the yt channel "slaves4christ" browse the video categories and you will find overwhelming scientific evidence which disproves evolution in the sense of us evolving from a less advanced animal/single cell and also that there is no possible way the earth is millions of years old. So when you take away the huge fantasy age there's almost no point in even arguing that we evolved tbc

ChristianMark1986 Says:

May 26, 2012 - because when you take away the huge fantastic incomprehensible amount of years to smooth it over, you can plainly see the philosophical theory of evolution for how insane it is.

pilkomaster Says:

May 26, 2012 - Incomprehensible amount of years to sooth it over? Creationism = soothing over a good few million years (6000 years if you actually believe every word) and suddenly everything came to be, the complexity of life and DNA, the mountains and landscapes and oceans, light from out solar system all in a flash, made by a deisgner, that is the most delusional theory of all, completely no evidence, more evidence= furth away fromdelusion and closer to the truth

pilkomaster Says:

May 26, 2012 - This sounds almost too simple, but it works, go to a zoo and find a Gorilla enclosure, watch the Gorilla's behavior, notice they are human like in every sense primitevely. Similar anatomically first off. There is a heirarchy, their is dominance and inferior, there is emotion (positive and negative), and mating techniques perfectly show how there is a struggle for existence as darwin said, examine humans today, dominant humans win out and reproduce on some level, so much evidence.

pamew Says:

May 26, 2012 - Evolution is a scientific theory that describes an action that is known to occur. Evolution as a fact is not up for debate. It's real. Now stop waffling shite please, you look silly.

SuzLa1 Says:

May 27, 2012 - The god of the Old Testament was a mythical alien type alien god that's similar to other gods such as the Greek gods. He only wanted people to look outward and follow his orders but not realise their divine selves. Jesus was trying to teach real spirituality that's similar to Buddhism and Hinduism, such as when he said you have to believe with your heart and soul for things to happen, is the same as when the Buddha said reallity is an illusion, so I can see a link to all of it.

Roper122 Says:

May 27, 2012 - Not sure that has much relevance to the video though.

icat26 Says:

May 27, 2012 - .Courage of convictions? . British religious schools are liberal yet at least provide a framework that is disastrously lacking in comprehensive state education. If Mr Dawkins would like to make a difference in this world, rather than pontificating and stirring up arguements that were worn to death a hundred years ago here, it would be nice if he helped to sort out the shambolic pile of crap they call secondary education.

Roper122 Says:

May 28, 2012 - @icat26 .... Don't think you know much about Richard Dawkins.

Roper122 Says:

May 28, 2012 - @nicenickname12 ...Wow....so his Muslim family wasn't a real one, and your Muslim family wasn't a real one ... But you're a real one. Well, you're a real something.

TheWayshowerTube Says:

May 28, 2012 - I know the quran out of my head, I was told it was good for me, I asked why but the clear answers were based on childish reasoning, like it's the only book which is unchanged so it must be good - d'oh. Next to it, your response towards me is very presumptuous, you start making judgments towards without actually knowing me, just making guestimations which are ridiculous. I am not even called Ahmed or Abdullah, this just shows your intellectual irresponsibility.

nicenickname12 Says:

May 28, 2012 - Hahaa, you know Quran out of your head , yeah right ! There must be something wrong with your brain than , cos Quran is the Book that makes more sense then any book around ! You were told it was good for you, now I know that you never read it but listen to what some non practicing so called muslim family told you ! I am not assuming its a fact , and you know it is! But you are wondering how does this guy know that your family wasn't practicing , cos i am an expert in this field

CynicalSkeptic1 Says:

May 29, 2012 - You are 100% correct. Just because the Bible contradicts numerous sciences like Biology, Astronomy, Geology, Paleontology, and Cosmology...is immaterial. I don't understand how these atheists reject belief in talking snakes and 3-day whale belly vacations. I mean...it is a KNOWN FACT that cutting off the head of a living bird and "sprinkling the blood" while simultaneously releasing another living bird results in leprosy cleansing.Ignorant atheists just don't recognize these absolute truths.

CynicalSkeptic1 Says:

May 29, 2012 - Article from Christplagiarized(dot)com: Scientists had to suffer torture, silencing, imprisonment and death at the hands of Christians who didn't agree with newly discovered facts about the world. Christianity lost the first battle with astronomers who realized that, contrary to what Christians asserted, the Sun did not orbit the Earth, and that the Universe doesn't seem to be designed specifically for humankind.Galileo was really never persecuted by Christians either...yep, conspiracy.

CynicalSkeptic1 Says:

May 29, 2012 - Here are links about evolution involved in the conspiracy...ONE IS CHRISTIAN WITH TRANSITIONAL FOSSILS.pandasthumb(dot)org/archives/2006/03/evolution-101-u-1evolution(dot)berkeley(dot)edu/evolibrary/article/evo_01talkorigins(dot)org/faqs/comdesc/section1anthro(dot)palomar(dot)edu/evolve/evolve_3wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Evidence_of_common_descentevolution(dot)berkeley(dot)edu/evolibrary/search/topicbrowse2txtwriter(dot)com/backgrounders/evolution/evcontents

CynicalSkeptic1 Says:

May 29, 2012 - Excerpt: FACTS refer to "events that occur" or "the state of being of things" that can be publicly verified, proven through experiment, or witnessed by direct observation. That all forms of life on Earth are related by common descent with modification is one of the most reliable and empirically tested theories in science that continues to explain vast numbers of FACTS (including evolution) in biology. You and I know this is simply another scientific conspiracy to disprove talking donkeys.

CynicalSkeptic1 Says:

May 29, 2012 - Excerpt: James McCarter of Divergence Incorporated states that the work of 2001 Nobel Prize winner Leland Hartwell which has substantial implications for combatting cancer relied heavily on the use of evolutionary knowledge and predictions. McCarter points out that 47 of the last 50 Nobel Prizes in medicine or physiology also depended on the use of EVOLUTIONARY theory. The above scientists are part of the conspiracy who are obviously utilizing a figment of their imagination.

CynicalSkeptic1 Says:

May 29, 2012 - Some atheists believe that the majority of religious believers worldwide (including Christianity) accept evolution as fact due to the overwhelming evidence.Link: wikipedia(dot)org/wiki/Level_of_support_for_evolutionThis is also a conspiracy though...just like if you Google "Least likely to believe in religion" then the predominant response is "Intelligent people"...yep, you guessed it...conspiracy.All to disprove talking snakes, donkeys, and 3-day whale belly vacations.

sephizinho Says:

May 29, 2012 - Congrats man, at least now you are mentaly free and you can think for yourself.

TheWayshowerTube Says:

May 29, 2012 - Exactly:)

DrSheldonCooper100 Says:

May 29, 2012 - Anyone else noticed that the Great Juju moved from the top of the mountain to the bottom of the sea?

Roper122 Says:

May 29, 2012 - That's why he's so Great.

Legitimatemuffins Says:

May 29, 2012 - The great Juju may do as he wishes for he is the JuJu of everything.

chipgowest Says:
