If you notice in America, if you go to the roughest cities and neighborhoods in the country the fight style people use there is boxing with occasional body slams thrown in. Most MMA fans are sheltered suburban kids who encounter far less street fighting than American city dwellers do so they really dont have a realistic grasp on things.
