Apr 3, 2012 - i know this song is (presumably) about a breakup, but something about the way she sings, "just to be near you, just to be near you, i'm in the way"... it describes exactly how i feel when i miss my boyfriend and how i feel when i feel like i'm getting in the way of his career. emily haines is so moving and her music is so multi-dimensional, i can relate to the soft skeleton no matter what state my heart is in. i wish i could tell her how much she and her music mean to me in person.
