Oct 9, 2011 - I actually like Lil Wayne. Jay-Z is better by far, of course, but I find that what Weezy lacks in technical ability he makes up with character. His snarls and cackles are just priceless. I think the terrible rapping is a fine tradeoff for that. Plus I like the production on a lot of his albums.
