Jul 5, 2011 - chomsky hardly "supports" carter, i'm not sure what gave you that idea. i'm sure he has complimented carter's post-presidency efforts towards international peace, especially in terms of arab-israeli affairs, but that is just one segment of the man that is jimmy carter. as with all other recent presidents, chomsky has plenty of criticism for the rightwing policies of carter's presidency.
