May 24, 2012 - seriously? iron sulfide was my introduction to chemistry as well like 6 years ago, textbooks don't change a lot do they, and it's so they explain the difference in changes in properties of elements and when they form compouds, i remember we made 2 piles and one was heated so they react and a magnet passed over to see that it wasn't magnetic anymore
