The regalia is sacred and each were made for different spiritual reasons and it should be used for that. Dancing like that in a regalia is not ok. Powwows are a family thing and girls shouldn't be dancing like that , and you don't see me going in a club dancing two step with someone. But I guess it's the way their tribe is and I can't judge them on the way i live cuz they believe different stuff than I do
