This would be expected -and appropriate- for a pole dancer, or a work on a restaurant on the beach of an Island on the Caribbean. Not for an office job. It is not presented as a "novelty" either, but as coercion (if you have the "right attitude" and can "fit" = you get the job)

So "far" is out of the equation here. I'd see that it's a job that I don't want, so would go home. Others would see it as a job that they do want and would enjoy continuing with the interview. We'd see it as coercion, so we'd simply forget that interview and go on to the next.
