May 8, 2012 - It means you are extremely intelligent. Basically the phrase goes "clear thoughts, messy handwriting". For examples, there is the generalization that doctors (smart people) all have shocking handwriting. (And in my experience, this is true! Kudos to nurses and pharmacists for being able to understand it!)
