Apr 25, 2012 - This vid kicks butt! Having a problem though that maybe you ladies could help me with? On the move where you're lifting your booty up in the air, instead of feeling it in my thighs/bum I felt it in my lower back. I'm 5'4 118, I have a bit of scoliosis in my lower back & prob look super awkward when I workout. I have a full length mirror so I set it whatever way I can to see that i'm doing the moves right. All I know is i'm def doing something wrong if im feeling it in my back and not my bootaay.

May 6, 2012 - I really like this workout and how short and quick it was. How often would you guys recommend doing this particular workout in order to get the beach bum/thighs? Is it an "Everyday" thing, or once or twice a week? Could I do JUST this workout and obtain some results, or does it need to be paired with the other workouts for any results at all?It was fun and I hope you can answer these questions!! :)
