Humans are a higher life form than animals. Animals live only by instinct. Some humans allow themselves to devolve to an animal state, and because so many humans have done this it only appears that animals and humans are the same.

So bring these children into the world would just be cruel on them and the parents. How would you like to have grown up with your parents struggling to cope with you or if they plain didn't want or love you. That's when kids get abused because they are unwanted and unloved by parents.
