May 22, 2012 - It took a lot of balls for the producers to keep Leslie Nielsen when it came time to do the Naked Gun movie. Nielsen was far from being a 'name' star and it would have been very easy to cast someone younger as Drebbin (which would have also led to getting a younger actress for the Jane role)..
