Even though Ryron and Rener took a little longer to post the breakdown than usual, they still managed to keep it real with some solid insight on UFC 142 in Rio. They start by discussing the unique manner in which Rousimar Palhares set up his devastating heel hook on Mike Massenzio and they explain precisely what Palhares did that made the lock so challenging to escape. Then, they go on to explain how Vitor Belfort was able to get the rear naked choke on Anthony Johnson even when Johnson saw it was coming. Apr 13, 2012 - If you really think that, look back at some of the first UFC's, where jiu-jitsu fighters would destroy people that were 50 pounds heavier and similar to WWE wrestlers. BTW look up Brock Lesnar losing to Cain Velasquez, and Frank Mir: Two guys that were bother smaller than him.

Apr 16, 2012 - Lesnar also got KOed by one kick by Alistair Overeem. He was also submitted by Frank Mir. Brock is massive and has incredible wrestling abilities, which meant he could just power through SMALLER opponents. When faced with a genuine striker he was stopped dead in his tracks.
