May 25, 2012 - i imagine strengthening the psoas before stretching it out could lead to back pain. its already so chronically contracted in most people -- especially, i imagine, if you're targeting people who want to lose weight. i enjoyed the rest of the video and thank you for posting.

May 28, 2012 - this isn't a cardio workout, your are just toning your muscles. and the filling the burn aka fat melting away is a myth, that is just lactic acid for your muscles.

May 28, 2012 - I would say its a combination of both muscle and cardio, albeit any serious training program will get your heart rate up. The thing most people don't realize about losing fat is that it's mostly about what you eat. You should definitely exercise, but people need to get that diet right too
