May 13, 2010 - @CJAEY, it does take time to make the broth, especially time to simmer the beef bones. Nowadays, you can get the broth stock pre-made. Normally, it takes me about 20 minutes. When I want a really good broth and have to make it myself, it would take about 4 hrs, but then in this case I would make plenty and pack some away for future use.
