Nov 12, 2009 - its called a backthrust kick and u just trust that your supporting foot, knee and spine are perfectly aligned for the kick to be accurate - turning your head when doing a backthrust is ill advised as it sets you off balance and could also dmg your neck

Having competed professionally in Muay Thai for many years, I can say virtually anything that incorporates kicks (regardless of how impractical to fighting) between aerobic sets is perfectly suitable under the title "Cardio kickboxing."If you wanted to learn how to fight, this definitely is not going to service you. As a cardio kickboxing routine however, this gets an A.
