Aug 31, 2010 - Instead of repeating part I (if you don't have a sandbag) I was thinking you could do a deadlift with an upright row. If you want to get real fancy you can add a shoulder shrug with those two. Since a clean is basically a squat (which you do afterward), a deadlift, an upright row, and a shrug all in one. At least to my understanding.
