Jan 10, 2010 - thermite didn't burn down the gras
TheWerewolfnight Says:
Jan 24, 2010 - it most likely did burn the grass, if the thermite is some odd degrees c then its most likely did but very fast

Merlin5x5 Says:
Apr 7, 2010 - I recommend the destruction of ANYTHING French.BTW, I looked it up, and if this is the Citroen I think it is,it's an aluminum engine block..
MsSleepyHead123 Says:
Apr 17, 2010 - its not mostly cos its french, and its not reportedly cos is french, its more importantly cos its french
Pygmalleon Says:
May 28, 2010 - It's a Peugeot 105... as Citroen and Peugeot share a lot of parts, you're still more than likely right ;)
svenp Says:
Sep 28, 2010 - More fun if you put it over the gas tank.
punxsutawneybarney Says:
Jun 1, 2011 - A Florida engineer, Jonathan Cole, recently demonstrated how to use packaged thermite to cut steel girders, box columns, and bolts. See my video:Incendiary Experiments

VLADIVOSTOK1954 Says:
Mar 8, 2012 - Fun! A pity the narrator came up with the senseless Americanism "any time soon" instead of just "soon" (your starter for ten, what does "soon" mean?). Time to put a thermite-filled flower pot on his silly, wagging tongue!
VLADIVOSTOK1954 Says:
Mar 8, 2012 - No it isn't - look at the lion-rampant badge on the radiator grill (Second 5 of the video): it is a Peugeot (either a 205 or 106). I believe Peugeot and Citroën use the same engines made by PSA.
billyblackization Says:
Mar 8, 2012 - would have put the gas in before setting the thermite on it
Merlin5x5 Says:
Apr 9, 2012 - And they are JUST as French, JUST as flimsy, and JUST as aluminumengine block'ed as the Citroen. Did you notice they never show an ACTUAL path thru the engine? That's because an engine block, IRON,Aluminum, or Steel, has too much thermal mass to be overwhelmedby a flower pot of thermite. You can figure that out simple math.2 lbs of thermite can't melt 100 lbs of steel, OR Aluminum.
galaxything Says:
May 8, 2012 - Hmm the 911 reports say that thermite cant cut metal.. so wtf?!?!?
