May 20, 2012 - Obviously haven't played many Pokémon games then,Yes its formulaic but so is Zelda, Start journey, beat temples, beat final boss done, that is the layout of it, except Pokémon B\W added so much to the series such as over 150 new Pokémon much more link capabilities, a whole new region and characters, a twist to the formulaic story, Skyward Sword while a good game, had no way near enough content for a game that was developed for 5 years, the sidequests were far too simple. And the game was linear.

May 20, 2012 - i like how you can stat opinions as if they where fact *sarcasm*. yes, zelda is repetative, but it HAS to be, otherwise it wouldn't be a series. you forgot how the journey is always different, how the temples are always unique, how the bosses are always unique and how they're different final bosses; how each game introduces new items, quests, and a backgrounds for zelda. easy sidequests? that's your opinion, but even if so, there are a lot of them. also, skyward sword had a better soundtrack.

May 21, 2012 - I was never saying that's a bad thing, but your missing my point, this game was developed for 5 years and was labelled as Nintendo's biggest project. Yet this game has probably less content than Oot 3D or even Twilight Princess. Pokémon B/W rebooted the series adding many things to the franchise, and in traditional Pokémon fashion there is always tons to do, there was hardly any action sidequests in Skyward Sword, they were all just fetch quests. Skyward Swords OST also didn't stand out for me.

Yeah it had the sky but how many of those dozens of islands had actual things to do on them?, About 5 or 6 I would say, which is appalling considering how many islands there are in the sky.

May 21, 2012 - cave of ordeals is a sad excuse of a 100 vs. trial. the world of tp was shit, it was huge, but like ss, usually had nothing to do. tp had a couple sidequests, which sucked btw, it's graphics where typical, the bosses where easy, the music was the worste for any zelda game, and getting the heart pieces was awfully easy. tp was, and is, the worse zelda game.

May 21, 2012 - While I agree the cave of ordeals wasn't too great, it was still fun, more than the gauntlet that SS offers you. However, typical graphics?, TP had those graphics because the fans wanted them. Yes the bosses were easy but the bosses are easy in every Zelda game apart from a few in SS, And getting heart pieces was harder in TP than in SS and the world actually had something to do in it, unlike the empty sky in SS. I personally think TP is the second best Zelda game.

May 21, 2012 - typical means modern in this case. if you think the bosses in every zelda game are easy, then you havn't played the earlier zelda games, those where hard, and so was puppet ganon. getting the heart pieces in tp was tons easier, because all you had to do was go ask that fortune teller where they where, and moved on. the world in TP was large and lifeless, because it was to big for all of the simple tasks you had to do. and again NOT ENOUGH SIDEQUESTS.

May 21, 2012 - if you think TP had better music then SS, then you really have no taste for good zelda music. it had a couple good ones here and there, but it was the same hyrule field theme remade for a lot of them. if you've played Skyward Sword, you'd know that it had beatiful music, unlike TP, that a lot of zelda games couldn't match, besides wind waker.

May 21, 2012 - No, its just your opinion that Skyward Sword had a better OST. Hardly any music stood out to my in Skyward Sword wereas TP has Hyrule Field. Faron Woods, Lakebed Temple, Temple of Time, they all stand out to me, Skyward Swords didn't really at all.

May 21, 2012 - Yes of course I have, Its just none of them I remember too well as I didn't take much notice since not many of them were epic enough for me to take notice of them, and they are remixes, just because they are remixes does not mean they are unoriginal. It takes the original and tweaks it. And of course I think it stands out, if it catches my ear then it stands out to me over the other tunes in the game. And your saying that as if it is fact wereas we both know you don't have proof of that.
