Title: Kobe Doin' Work-Part 2/9 [HD]
Added: Oct 12, 2009
Author: KB24KZ
Duration: 10:0
Description:
For most of us, a day at the office is never accompanied by media interviews and roaring crowds. For Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant, though, this is just a routine part of his job.In the spring of 2008, with the Lakers set to face off against the San Antonio Spurs in a late-season game with major playoff implications, legendary filmmaker and conspicuous sports fan Spike Lee took the opportunity to show what its like for a top athlete like Kobe to go to work. With unprecedented access, Lee follows him from his arrival at the Staples Center through team meetings and pregame warm-ups, during the game itself, and at the end of his day as he, his wife, and his kids get in the car to drive home.

Mar 28, 2012 - People say that black people are always better at basketball. This is right to an extent because they have more fast twitch fibres in their genetics, letting them jump higher and sprint faster. However white people can strengthen theirs as long as they don't give up and train hard! Anyone can do it as long as you are trying harder than 'the guy down the road'.

Apr 17, 2012 - Yea and depends how you train. You got to train anaerobic energy system to become faster! i agree with what you said, but still some people are just born with natural abilities that will always give them the upper hand if they train hard that is.
BRANDSdotcom Says:
Apr 20, 2012 - Of coarse! they do have more fast twitch fibres which will give them the upper hand! It just others can train to become just like them but it is a lot harder

Apr 29, 2012 - Bruce Bowen is always looking at the ball when he defends. If you watch him he almost never looks at his opponent for more than a second, he feels for him every half second - second to make sure he's there but that's it.

May 1, 2012 - To see a NBA great like Kobe be able to commentate on his own game tape as where watching it is incredible in my eyes. I WISH THE NBA DID THIS FOR ALL GREAT PLAYERS. I would happily pay for a service like this if they providied it. Listen up NBA and start micing up your players because you could make A LOT of money out of that idea. And your fans would find a new love for the game as well! We all win! :)
