May 15, 2012 - No, the referee decides whether the fighter is knocked out or whether they're stopping it because the fighter isn't intelligently defending themselves anymore. Hominick's loss is officially recorded as a KO, Goulet's is recorded as a TKO. Jung has the fastest.

May 23, 2012 - Well the fastest knockdown would go to Todd Duffee which was about 3 seconds.The fastest ref. stoppage goes to Ludwig. But the thing is, that was a bad stoppage by the ref. Goulet clearly was not out and got to his knees immediately following the punch, which is why the ring side official had a delayed response!Jung had the fastest "real" KO hands down!
