There's either Streetly Electronics in England (the latterday version of the company who originally made Mellotrons from 1963-1986), or there's the company just called Mellotron which is run by a Markus Resch. Be aware, they're not cheap, but you get a new machine, and in the case of Streetly and the new M4000, 24 sounds in one instrument. And still cheaper than eBay prices!
