Feb 7, 2012 - So, be fake? When I gave potential candidates interviews I would pickup on BS very easily. I gave the job to the most REAL, honest, genuine person. If someone says, "I enjoy coming to work with people I get around and have a good time..." I would not hire them. No, what kind of interview question is "Tell me a little bit about yourself." In most cases they ARE asking a personal question.
