Exceeding VMO results in the nose pitching down as lift is reduced. The pilot would have extreme difficulty with control past 330 knots at 700 feet. Structural failure happens next.

The government contends there were no explosives because they never tested for any. Independent scientist have found nanothermitic compounds in the dust. NIST won't submit it's simulation of the collapse or it's report for peer review. "Airplane" speeds were also impossible at that altitude. It's called air density.
