May 27, 2012 - Totally, I'm just saying ... GL did a really bad job doing that. I've watched the 123 series thrice, and I can remember about 2 minutes total of Anakin as an adult. What I took away is Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, Darth Maul, Droid Armies, Clone Armies, Moderate quality Palpatine ... movies that should be Anakin's story, he's such an annoying and ineffective that everything else drowns him out - he's a lousy side note. To be successful, these movies needed to make us feel (anything) for Vader. They didn't.
