The North Koreans didn't fund the deaths of hundreds of thousands in Nicaragua, El Salvador and Guatemala. They didn't impose sanctions on Iraq that killed 500,000 children. The Spanish conquistadors are the ones who killed off most of the population in central and south america. then the British explorers did their fair share and then the US came in and took control to stop Nicaragua from becoming communist. Of course the US killed innocent people, its not fair to put the blame solely on the US, many countries were doing the same in the cold war.
