Aug 28, 2011 - I don't see the joke as: "...the opposite of what we now know to be true." Meat and cigarettes weren't rediscovered as healthy. The real joke is: the same people fighting against a totalitarian gov't believe the lies said gov't tells. (I see it as an artistic expression of the gov't use of dis-information: the totalitarian gov't dictates what is good/bad for health so the industries they regulate can sell the patented remedies.)
