Jun 17, 2011 - the whole point of this guitar (compared to a normal stratocaster) is that it can jump between different tunings with the flick of a switch. if you play in a band, you don't have time to re-tune between every song and bringing 5 guitars on stage in a small club is almost impossible, especially if you're in a band with 2 guitar players.

Apr 1, 2012 - I like this guitar more than Gibson's Firebird X, but it's just my point of view.Still, I don't think I'll get one as I prefer my "normal" Stratocaster. If I change opinion and want humbuckers I'll get a guitar with humbuckers, not a guitar that can IMITATE humbuckers.But if you have to change three or more guitars in an only show, this gear could be a good choice.

Apr 25, 2012 - I own this guitar and I love it! Standard American Strat sound it has is to die for and haven't heard it on any other Strat. Sad they discontinued it.
