May 19, 2012 - take it like it is, other people would say that it is layback instead of "out of time". for sure this solo is different. but those musicians and the crew know what they do when they record a song . if you prefer Cesar Huesca covering this song, i feel sorry for you.

May 19, 2012 - hell no i dont prefer cesar huesca lol but the solo could have been more melodic at the end for such a rich song imo..The basic chord progression makes it easy to be really creative and he didnt even take one step out of the pentatonic scale true it wasnt out time i was wrong. but it sounded...boring. Thats just my opinion.

May 26, 2012 - I think that this song is about a wild girl who Tom fell for, but she was with everybody. When they were together one night she jumped from a hotel balcony and he woke up and she was dead.

jrandjanet Says:
May 18, 2012 - I took the video as a meaning that when you move a city girl with problems into a small town that basically has no parents, that even the conservative polite boys wont save her, because she wont be attracted to kindness. She craves destruction, and cant fathom being treated the way a woman should. She leaves and continues her destructive path which leads to death. Tom is giving her the last dance, giving her to the ocean like she would have wanted instead of just incinerating her.
