May 25, 2012 - Here is another soft kill if you can say that .When fish and wildlife departments go out to tag fish and game they use vaccines on them and then tag them for tracking We had a case by mt st helens ,washington where many elk where droping dead all over and most of them where tagged elk they said that they died of starvation ,but after they came to that conclusion they were airlifting a few of them out of the area ,when asked on local tv they said NO COMMENT .
