Jun 8, 2010 - I do not want to be rude, but while many of the positions are based on Yang Style Taiji not think they are in line with established routines. It is better to study the techniques of Sanda, Tui Shou Chin Na, and traditional and alternative methods can be efficient although, what they will do is enforce much a part of the body and gradually deteriorate.I hope not cause problems, but as Sifu one of my commitments is to ensure the health of the body of people....

Aug 11, 2010 - @WuShuLotoBlancoCR But master wong makes his lessons available on YouTube. Should my enthusiasm for tai chi be measured by how much I can pay for real lessons?

Oct 10, 2010 - @WuShuLotoBlancoCR It is Tai Chi for health, and I will do it for my health, not so other people will judge me whether or not my Tai Chi is of proper lineage or of standard routine, or within Wushu competition rules and regulations. Tai Chi is a slow moving exercise, if mistakes are done, risk of injury is still at bare minimum. Fundamentals of reflexology are there, pressure points are covered on the foot when doing the Tai Chi stepping, regardless if it is of "established routines." Take care.

Jan 11, 2011 - What I beleive WuShuL.. is saying like most martial artist know that deep stances or kata will strenghten but in the long run give some ware and tare. As a martial artist for over a decade I'll tell you, it ALL adds up. EVEN THE SOFTEST STYLE, or even just walking.
