May 21, 2012 - 26yo, been smoking for 12 years. Found this vid and though i'd give it a shot. i too have tried most anything regarding patches, gum and the like to quit but to no avail. Ordered a cheap starter pack just to try it out, now a week later i still haven't picked up a single stick of death and ordered me something more long lasting. This i my new way of life until i can kick it completely. Thank you. Seriously. :)
