Conducted by Arnie Roth, and performed by the WDR Radio Orchestra at Cologne, Germany (2009-09-12). Yoko Shimomura, Hiroki Kikuta, Yasunori Mitsuda and Nobuo Uematsu were in attendance. Dec 31, 2011 - @getulioprates It's your opinion that you wanted this to sound more like the original, but you shouldn't say that they need to sound like the original. That defeats the whole idea of how orchestra works. Many conductors has conducted the same exact classical songs, but they all sound different. It's not whether these conductors could orchestrate these songs the best or faithfully, but it's how they interpret them and output them through orchestration, that makes orchestra unique.
