May 7, 2012 - I disliked this video solely on the fact that it is a video that makes a lazy overweight person feel justification for not pushing themselves and making it seem like just "settling" for 30 minutes a day is somewhat beneficial. This video made no reference to the importance of dieting, which I believe is far more important than very minimal walking. This would be a perfect video for people 60+

May 8, 2012 - Am I the only one who saw Preventative and said what?

May 9, 2012 - Your questions has some very easy answers: reps for pharmaceutical companies, for-profit health insurance companies, corporate hospitals, junk food corporations, and television/media companies. Do you have any idea the kind of money that's made by keeping Americans, fat, lazy, slovenly, and sick?

May 10, 2012 - So ask your doctor if "getting up off your ass" is right for you.

May 12, 2012 - Sweet animation. Simple enough instructions that even I can follow it. My favorite activity for some time has been cycling. I believe it's good for me and it does not create much exhaust. On my channel I offer "why cycle! or go ride a bike!" Hope you like it.

May 17, 2012 - No. It's a common error. On the other hand, I believe Canadians use "preventative" as an adjective as well as the noun that it is. In the U.S., "preventative" is used alone as a noun, as in, "He takes Vitamin D as a preventative." Otherwise, it's "preventive" whatever (medicine; action; health; strike; etc), modifying the nount following it. Unless, of course, we do in fact "preventate!"

May 17, 2012 - This is a great video. The animation is wonderful. I wholeheartedly agree that exercise is key. Would love to see you do a video on exercise and oxygen therapy related to COPD and cystic fibrosis. That would be really instructive.

May 18, 2012 - Yo, have you seen this plan called the Fat Blast Lifestyle? (google it). My mother in law says it helps people feel great. Is that possible?
ThOutRider2 Says:
May 18, 2012 - hey for anyone who doesnt like walking as their way of exercise, I recommend getting a punch bag or start going to some martial arts classes MMA, boxing whatever. Its a lot more fun than just walking and you learn how to defend yourself on a street so you dont get robbed or what ever

May 21, 2012 - I just went for my yearly physical and my doctor recommended I watch this. It makes sense! From this day forward I will get everything done in 23 and a 1/2 hours per day and take my dog for a walk. And kudos to the illustrator! I'd like to play drawsomething with her. ;)
stromovitch Says:
May 23, 2012 - This video changed my life. I first saw it in February and have walked every day since. Without even trying I lost 10 lbs, but more importantly, I feel so much better in general. Much more energy, less tired, less stressed. Now my whole life revolves around me getting out for my walk.
wenleynz Says:
