Apr 16, 2012 - resolution does mean something, the higher the count, the easier it exposes low poly models, low res texutres and also kills the battery more. imo the screen is fine, the cartridges are 2GB, RE:R is 4GB, and its not bad, 2GB is plenty, i dont see much more it really needs, since everything is shrunk for the res, so more data isnt really needed, but it wouldnt hurt xD

Apr 17, 2012 - MK7 uses 2GB carts, if they went to 4 or 8GB it woulda been way more expensuve to produce the carts being a higher memory capacity, carts are more expensive than discs, the same aapplies when RE:R was said to be priced at 50 because they used a 4GB cart but they lowered it to 40 bucks. plus they rushed MK7's development cycle to get the game out on stores before holidays so there could of been lack of time as well.
