Aug 7, 2011 - Axl's voice literally sounds like an axle grating on concrete... who likes that?

alhavu Says:

Aug 10, 2011 - H. Of course the Stones blew them off the stage in 89 when GnR "tried" to open for them

Aug 14, 2011 - Not bad! At all!I rlly like the cover the Neptunes did. But this isn't bad either! Still Neptunes blew it for me...

AlSurMedia Says:

Aug 16, 2011 - The original is better ... the original is better ... I like their older stuff ... I like their older stuff ... etc. etc. etc. blahUmmm ... have you guys noticed that even the Stones themselves now perform this song quite differently live than the "original" studio version. Personally, I am so disappointed when bands try to cover a song and end up sounding like a slightly tweaked recording of the original. This is a good one, and I'm not even a big GnR fan (was just surfing "Sympathy" covers).

Aug 20, 2011 - Even Slash admitted this was shit in his biography.. :L

Aug 20, 2011 - @StinkWoo123 and that makes his oppinion better then everyone elses because he was the current guitarist at the time? no dude its what the fans belive

StinkWoo123 Says:

Aug 21, 2011 - @plane317 He has more musical knowledge than everyone here combined. He said something like "If you want to hear what a band falling apart sounds like, listen to this" He then went on to say he never wanted to hear this cover again because it was that bad.

plane317 Says:

Aug 30, 2011 - @StinkWoo123 so just because he is a musician his oppinion is automaticaly better then everyone elses? thts just fucking stupid,I understand Saul Hudson is one of the greatest guitarists ever born but that doesnt mean that his oppinion is better ur an asshole and a dumbass, how dare you insult my video's viewers

Sep 10, 2011 - I personally like the stones version of this. This version sounds to.... angry. I know thats not the right term, but i cant think of anything else. If you have a problem with this, i dont care. You like this, i like the other version. No one is right about whats better when it come to music. Its all about YOUR OWN preferences.

plane317 Says:

Sep 17, 2011 - @Whatheonearth thats what i was saying man i liek everones oppinion if ur not being a dick about it and i kinda get what ur saying the stones have a like smoother kinda soul feeling to it this has a harder rock feel a more energetic version, i liked the way u put it thx for stoping by

Oct 15, 2011 - in my opinnion a mere impoverished version by taking the afro rythm off the Stones big mantra original version.

reggie119999 Says:

Nov 7, 2011 - I both love The Rolling Stones and Guns N' Roses!! I prefer this version because GN'R put a modern taste to it. They grabbed the song and beat the shit outta it and put their own taste to it. I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just an expression of speech. I also do like the Rolling Stones version, it's very simplistic and there's something I like about that. Thanks for the upload!!

plane317 Says:

Nov 8, 2011 - @reggie119999 well said for me i like the stones and roses i dont see the stones as simplistic but if u do thats ur on opinion, the stones has more of a jungly kind of tribal warrior feel to it and this is more of a hard rock more modern devil kinda like what u say so bolth vwersions in my opinion are great i just happen to hve only this one on cd though :p
