This is definitely a lip-synched performance; it was (and still is) simply easier from a technical point of view to have performers do lip synch on live TV.

I would guess that those of you who have to point out the errors are recording artist and have gone way past Mr. Price. It's people like him that grandfathered all of todays music and helped to make it what it is now.
