Apr 16, 2012 - i have minor scoliosis and have a very hard time doing regular sit-ups because my back hurts. i might be wrong but i think that it hurts because my back muscles aren't developed...do you use your lower back when doing sit-ups?

Apr 21, 2012 - He said to exclude them for the first 4-6 weeks.My guess is that he is advising the people that just start doing such exercises that they pose a great risk for injury so he states to train your lower back first (4-6 weeks) and then include them in your routine. If you are experienced they should pose no threat. Kinda makes sense ;)

Apr 21, 2012 - @dtorres101 i just wanted to thank you for posting up this video.I've been doing some of these exercises for 2 days now and already im feeling better.I cant do all of them cause im too rigid but whatever im doing works for me perfectly.The pain in my lower back seems to disapear each time im training.Thanks

It has helped tremendously in reducing the amount of lower back pain I live with on a day-to-day basis. Some of the exercises are a bit difficult at first, but after doing them on 2-3 different occasions, I am getting the hang of them. Anyways, thanks again and I hope you release many more videos. May 23, 2012 - This is bullshit fit for handicapped and weak people. The best exercise for lower back is to do heavy ass deadlifts with no belts. Start low and go up to 4 times your bodyweight...You get back made of steel...

May 28, 2012 - no dude, i used to lift weights... but then i broke my back... when iv tried doing it again it fucks me utterly... even starts a fit off... so this kind of exercises is perfect for a nice balance of strength which a normal lower back should have anyway, an to help rid of back ache, your way is for people who want be meat heads, this is not what this videos about, this guy don't have to make this video,so no need to dis his video, thank you dtorres, iv been doing these exercises. helping alot : )

Apr 15, 2012 - I had pain/discomfort in lower back - so I did it only once and pain/discomfort disappear in next morning.So I will continue to improve my back, because a lot of time I spend on sitting job.Thanks ;)
