Feb 13, 2012 - this movie showed in theatres for only one day in america, september 9 1996 (9/9/99), which was the exact same day the dreamcast came out in america. it was actually 2 OVA episodes that showed on tv in japan and a 2 volume manga. if they made an anime out of this it would have been way more successful than soinc x, the adventures of sonic the hedgehog, sonic underground, and all his other tv shows.
