Apr 16, 2012 - I'm twelve years old and I weigh 115 pounds and am 5'1", I work-out every day with ab exercises and cardio and I eat 1000calories a day but I cannot get under that 115 lbs mark for some reason, am I doing something wrong? I really wanna get a flat stomach

Apr 19, 2012 - if you're only eating 1000 calories a day you're basically starving yourself. your body is probably in starvation mode and is storing all the calories it gets because it doesn't know if/when it will get enough. you need AT LEAST 1200 just to survive, and even more than that because you work out daily. so I'd say go with at least 1500.

Apr 29, 2012 - This video is awesome :) I've been working out almost daily for 2 weeks but it's already caught on to me and has become a fun thing !But, I was wondering if anybody knows how long it would take me to get to 92 lbs.. I'm 102 at the moment and I really want to drop 10 pounds by summer I'm 4'10 and age 15 :0 If anybody can help me out it would mean a lot, thank you !:)

May 21, 2012 - just found your vids!ive been trying to find exercises to do, since i stopped doing dance. I love these SO MUCH. they really resemble what we did as warm ups in class! I was missing dance class, but now i feel better, and fit again!
