Apr 7, 2012 - It is not really ice. Ice is water that is frozen and when it is you cannot poke a straw through it as seen in the video. In addition, water just can't turn into "ice" in two seconds. In order for water to behave the way it does in the video, there must have been stuff added to it, otherwise it would be impossible.
