I then cross checked wikipedia and checked the original articles (I.E. news etc) and found it all to be the same guy.

Throughout the entire conversation he's fidgeting, looking down at the ground, creating a distance from the cop, and walking around in circles. If I was the cop, I would have verified his ID before even letting him go.
