Feb 11, 2012 - The Federal Reserve is an unconstitutional, illegal banking privately owned by the largest banking cartels in the world. The Federal Reserve is above the law. They aren't required to disclose their finances to Congress. They can print and loan money(with interest) to any foreign governments/financial institutions/banks as they wish. In 1913, the Income Tax(IRS) was creating in the same year the FED was chartered to pay for its interests(since Congress loves borrowing and spending money.)
