May 25, 2012 - I think the best part about this chart (I've looked at the score) is that there's literally like 64 bars of actual written music for people, but everything else is slash notation. Mingus' band had to be filled with some hip players because pretty much everyone had to improv.I love this chart by the way. If I could bring back one person from the dead, it'd probably be Mingus because I'd want him to compose some more sick filth like this.
