It was only last year the Disasters and Emergancy Appeal was aired. Nothing much has changed since then. Blockades are there to stop the enemy from gaining something, not to punish a population. So San Remo can be shoved where the sun don't shine. You want law, ask the fact finding mission that just produced a 56 page report. San Remo - lol. Shove it.
